In the heart of the city, this important landscape provides a cohesive link between shops, restaurants and businesses.

Our proposal provided a refurbishment for this landmark location and integrated a contemporary street and town square which was central to our design approach. Our design included seating areas, attractive water features and new mature trees, as well as a roof garden.

The design creates a pedestrian-friendly environment and transforms this district into a social and cultural hub.
