We designed the rooftop terrace of this luxury London penthouse in the heart of Mayfair to create an attractive garden for the owner to rest and relax in, without obstructing the incredible views of Green Park. 

We navigated constraints such as the load-bearing structure and the exposed nature of the site during the design process to come up with our design solution. New planters with attractive ornamental species are positioned along the balustrades on the client’s terrace to conceal less attractive views. Elegant style multi-stem trees, shrubs, and a mix of herbaceous and ornamental grasses are planted in modern lightweight planters on the terrace to create a striking view all year round.
