A fruit & vegetable garden
Location: London, UK
Project type: Private Garden
Client: Private Client
While renovating their new house, our client wanted to enrich the garden to make it more exciting and functional, and to allow her to grow her own vegetables and fruit.
We introduced pleached trees to frame the view from the house and also provide privacy from neighbours. Underlayer planting created all year around interest and the vegetable garden was hidden behind espalier fruit trees so as not to spoil the aesthetically beautiful view from the house.
The type and colour of the fence, paving and flowers have been carefully chosen to suit the house and create harmony. Choosing the right shades for materials, planters and flowers is a process that requires careful consideration of various elements, including the amount of natural light, the architecture, and the interior design.
